Kaushik Yegnan – MD & CEO
Kaushik was heading the business development and marketing functions in the capacity of Business Development Head at CA Satyam ASP, a joint venture between Computer Associates US and Satyam Computers India, before teaming up to join SkandSoft. He has over 15 years of experience in the marketing, media and in the information technology domains. He has been involved with the early phases of e-learning implementations in India as Head-Marketing with Brainvisa Technologies Limited.
Kaushik founded India’s first newspaper for children “Super Junior Times” in September 1991 as its founding editor. Apart from dabbling in writing fiction and painting, Kaushik is also a trained vocalist in the Indian classical stream.
Surendra Kancherla – CTO
Suren played a critical role in setting up ITSM offshore services practices and was responsible for setting up and running the Internet Consulting practice - Operations and Consulting at HCL Comnet. He was also Technology Head for Content Distribution Network and Internet Intelligence practices.
At SkandSoft Technologies, Suren drives all the technology initiatives. Suren has in-depth knowledge in RFID and AIDC and has been one of the foremost proponents and a major contributor in conceptualizing and implementing the RFID and AIDC Middleware systems in Business scenarios.
Suren completed his graduation in Electronics Engineering from the Regional Engineering College, Surat and a management degree from IIM Calcutta in Systems/Operations.

Venkat Kaundinya – Head – Human Resources
Venkat is a HR professional with an experience of over 7 years spanning various fields of HR (Recruitment, Employee Welfare, Compensation & Benefits, Training and Organisation Development) with a primary focus in the IT industry.
At SkandSoft, he heads the Human Resources function taking care of the entire gamut of HR activities.
Venkat is an M.Sc in Analytical Chemistry from Andhra University and M.Tech in Human Resources from IIT Kharagpur.

Amol Mudgal – Head – Business Development
Amol is an Electronics Engineer by qualification and carries with him a vast experience in Sales and Marketing with a focus on Information Technology, and has spent over 4 years in the RFID/AIDC space. Amol handles the entire business development initiative for the domestic market and also looks after the defence accounts.
Prior to this assignment, Amol was associated with Computer Associates as a Major Accounts Manager – Western region.

Deepak Shetty – Head – Project Implementations
Deepak had been appointed the Program Manager, RFID and Security, at Frost and Sullivan (F&S), a Growth Consulting Company and was based in San Antonio, Texas, USA before he joined SkandSoft. At F&S he had authored several global RFID research publications, was involved in several strategic consulting projects for major clients and has been quoted widely in trade and business magazines.
At SkandSoft he is the Head of Implementations with a primary focus area in handling and implementing projects to completion. These include projects in the defense sector, hospital management, manufacturing sector and financial institutions.
Deepak is a BE, MBA and holds an MS in Technological Processes from Saginaw Valley State University, USA along with a certification in International Business.
